1. Editorial scope
The content on this Site is written or reviewed by Doç. Dr. Ayhan Işık Erdal, MD, FACS, FEBOPRAS, and is intended to provide general educational information about otoplasty (prominent-ear surgery) and the medical-tourism process. The content is current at the time of publication but plastic-surgery practice evolves; we do not warrant that every statement remains accurate indefinitely.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes individual medical advice or creates a doctor–patient relationship. Information here describes general principles and typical outcomes; your own case may differ. 3. No guaranteed-outcome claims
The Site does not make guaranteed-outcome claims. Every surgical procedure carries risks. Otoplasty results depend on cartilage characteristics, healing biology, surgical technique, and post-operative care. Variation between patients is normal and unavoidable.
4. Pricing
In compliance with Turkish Ministry of Health regulations, surgical fees and package prices are not published on this Site. A personalised quotation is provided after enquiry and review of your case. Verbal or written quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation and may be revised in light of new clinical information.
5. International patients
If you are an international patient, you are responsible for: obtaining a valid travel document (passport, visa where required); ensuring you are medically fit to fly; arranging travel insurance; complying with your home country's customs and pharmaceutical-import rules; and following the pre- and post-operative instructions provided to you.
6. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, illustrations, and code on this Site are the property of Doç. Dr. Ayhan Işık Erdal's practice unless otherwise indicated. Reproduction, republication, or commercial redistribution requires written permission. Personal, non-commercial citation with proper attribution is welcomed.
7. Schematic illustrations
Before/after imagery on this Site uses schematic illustrations rather than real patient photographs. This is a deliberate editorial choice to protect patient privacy and to avoid creating unrealistic expectations.
